After settling in Canada in 2022, I have quickly acclimated to the local professional landscape and made significant contributions as a Senior Consultant and Project Manager at Asyma Solutions. My role at Asyma Solutions has provided me with extensive experience in the end-to-end software implementation of Sage Intacct. I have successfully overseen projects from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction. This experience has equipped me with a deep understanding of ERP systems, which I believe would be highly beneficial in a Support Team Lead role at any organization.

Before my current role, I held positions as Lead Management Consultant and Project Manager in software development organizations in Ahmedabad, India. These roles required me to manage all aspects of operations, delivery, team management, and client communication. My ability to supervise and lead staff, coupled with my experience working directly with upper management and executives, has equipped me with the skills necessary to thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments. This experience aligns well with the requirements for a Support Team Lead, where managing and leading a team effectively is crucial.

Additionally, my experience as a Business Analyst for ERP-based product development has honed my expertise in requirement gathering, project estimation, and client engagement. I have successfully implemented ERP solutions for clients in the FMCG and manufacturing industries, overseeing complex projects and delivering tailored solutions to meet their unique needs. My proficiency in designing customized ERP modules, such as accounting and taxation, as well as POS systems with material management, underscores my adaptability and commitment to delivering impactful solutions.
